"Ours was a one-night stay to access the Avenue of the Giants. The location was good for that. The kitchen was well-equipped. The property was secure, behind a gate. I liked having an extra half-bath and laundry onsite.However, I don't think I would stay again due to one bed that squeaked badly, no air conditioning (it was quite warm upstairs, and opening the windows brought in constant traffic noise on Highway 101 below; I resorted to the provided electric fan, which only helped a bit), and the upstairs bath with a difficult-to-access bath/shower combo (narrow and high) and no adequate surface to put toiletries. I expected more at this price point."

"Perfect home base to explore the redwoods. Big secured yard for the dogs and huge patio for the people to relax. Plenty of space for everyone. Would absolutely book again if planning a trip to the area."
