"We had an incredible stay at this home! It was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. With a group of nine, there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out, enjoy their own space, and even have their own bathroom—which made things so easy.The host was fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was just as impressive. We saw dolphins every single day and even had wild horses wander through the yard several times—such a unique and memorable experience.Access to the beach was quick and easy, and the pool was large, spotless, and perfect for relaxing. The house was stocked with everything we needed: plenty of towels and linens, a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, and even toys for the pool and beach.One thing to note: driving on the beach can be tricky if you’re not prepared. Make sure to air down your tires and do your research ahead of time. It’s definitely manageable, but knowing what to expect makes a big difference.We couldn’t have asked for more and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. A perfect beach getaway!"

"Wonderful property. Convenient drive to the beach and very secluded 11 miles up the beach. Loved the garage- could pull our jeep right into the garage with the doors off without worry. Grill was convenient-deck was nice. Horses came up to the yard. Can’t wait to come back next year. Thanks John for a great, affordable stay for my wife and I. "

Ranging from the wild horses that we watched while drinking our morning coffee on the covered deck to having fun at the beach with our children. Just an all around awesome experience. "We loved the cottage, so close to the beach and easy to make multiple trips. One day we went 3x, at sunrise, after lunch and at sunset. The sunrise walk was spectacular, mid day we put our beach chairs in the water and after the heat of the day the wild horses come out. Experiencing driving my truck on the 4x4 beach for this 70yr old woman is something I will always remember. Bring plenty of bottled water for drinking, as the sulfur odor/color is fine for bathing and cooking/making coffee, but I preferred to drink bottled. "
