Bathrooms good apart from scruffy windows. Loft access very steep and really unsuitable as a bedroom. Windows were rather dirty and scruffy and difficult to open. "Really well updated old cottage with lots of lovely features and an excellent position for enjoying the delights of Falmouth Town centre. Fantastic views from the sitting room... Would have benefitted from an information pack as we could not work out how to use the high-tech oven, or the heating (if we had needed to use it which we didn't). No spare loo rolls, towels very small."
