"Place was well equiped, tidy and the perfect size for us. Location was great. Shame not all the facilities were available due to it being winter, however the kids had fun on the playground. "

"Good overall. Kitchen facilities good apart from one gas job which didn’t work, fortunately there was another. Beds good apart from the loft bed was too short and too soft. Bathrooms good apart from scruffy windows. Loft access very steep and really unsuitable as a bedroom. Windows were rather dirty and scruffy and difficult to open. Very steep steps up to the garden area which were very difficult to negotiate safely with food/ trays etc to sit outside on the terrace. Small yard outside the...

"Clean, comfortable, cozy, warm and well equipped, just like home. We had a lovely stay. Tennis court was really nice and bird song was the only sound outside (no road noise). 10-15 minute drive from Falmouth, lovely walks to beaches and great on-site cafe. Lyn couldn't have been more helpful. She gave us loads of advice about what to do and where to go."

"Only after we’d booked did I realise that the property wasn’t actually in Falmouth but in Flushing. Yes it’s only 500m away but that’s across the river and not “walkable” which is what we wanted. The property itself was great, clean, warm and extremely well equipped. One major issue with location is the noise from the pub opposite, it would appear to be a great locals pub, gets busy and very loud. It wasn’t great to have that amount of noise just outside your bedroom. "
