"Nice little bungalow in a quiet area of Polzeath. Furniture was comfortable. Well fenced in garden for the dog to enjoy. Issue with toilet that was speedily fixed. Very steep gravel access road, not for the faint hearted. Overall a good property at a fair price, I would stay again."

"The house was lovely & really well equipped . We particularly liked the living room . It is suitable for all ages with a small garden . Contact with the owner was easy & he even sent me a text from New Zealand to say we could get in the house early ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would not hesitate to go back ."

"Property was perfect size for 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids, comfortable but totally lacking basic supplies (oil, salt, pepper, vinaiger) and a clothes drying rack that one would expect for a property that doesn't have a dryer (in England where it rains). Property manager was responsive and purchased rack. For the price we paid I'd expect A+ cleaning but microwave had crumbs and cobwebs in corners."

"House is perfect for a family or group of friends ... plenty of room, incredibly well equipped with all modern conveniences but the charm of a proper beach house. The views were insane ... no matter what the weather they don't disappoint. Location was brilliant. Everything was as described and Emma and team were incredibly responsive. "After booking this house for a short winter break in December 2022 we really enjoyed our stay. Comm’s prior to our visit we’re clear and prompt with a small welcome pack with all the information you need for your arrival. Located in Rock, it’s. 15 minute walk from the sea front and has everything you need on its door step. The bakery is amazing!! 30 seconds down the road, Spar Shop and Chip Shop just around the corner with some other small local stores. We also attended the Bluntrock Brewery,...

"Excellent, quite location, with a great butchers, bakers, fishmongers and well stocked, almost mini supermarket, in 5 mins, walking distance. Great base to explore, North Cornwall. Great cooking facilities with large, comfortable, beds. Would definately stop again."

"Our host Rachael was extremely welcoming and helpful. The caravan was clean and comfortable and just right for our mini break for my birthday. We really appreciated the dog friendly , safe garden for our little border terrier to play in. We liked the close proximity to some of the dog friendly beaches that we explored on our stay. "We had a very relaxing week at this comfortable and well-equipped house. The highlight for us was being able to walk out onto the balcony each morning and evening and enjoy the beautiful view over the river. It was the perfect base for getting around this part of Cornwall. We particularly enjoyed the cycle ride to Padstow - a lovely journey, and with the changing tides there was a different view each way. We look forward to staying here again in the future."

"Fine location close to beach and the many cliff walks just right for our party. Kitchen dining area has a modern decor in the blue /white style. A great room to hang about and chat whilst someone is cooking Particularly appreciated The Aga on chilly autumn days. Also the induction cooker was what we were used to at home. The sitting room appears to have been recently redone with new furniture and decor, Upstairs just fine.,bathrooms warm and airy. Could have done with another week"

"We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook several meals without a problem. Located just outside Padstow we had plenty to keep us amused. Would definately recommend for a large group."

"Perfect location to use as a base to tour Cornwalls beautiful coastlines. Fantastic views of Padstow/Rock estuary and lovely sunsets. Convenient location to amenities/shops etc. but in the countryside, peaceful retreat. Well equipped apartment, made to feel like home from home. Parking facilities in the local pub car park very convenient. Recommend the local pub if you didn’t feel like cooking for yourself."

"An amazing time we have had in this beautiful cottage owned by Jane. Absolutely lovely and highly recommend. So peaceful, close to shops, towns especially Padstow where you will find Rick Steins restaurants and fish and chips shop. Close to some amazing attractions and beaches too. This is a beautiful place to stay if you just want some peace and quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the cities."
