"Orelia is een prachtig mooi, nieuw en schoon complex met een zeer vriendelijke Voula als manager. Ze kwam regelmatig langs met bijvoorbeeld verse eieren en watermeloen. Ook hapjes die haar moeder gemaakt had. Op onze tweede avond werd er zelfs een barbecue georganiseerd waaraan iedereen kon deelnemen! Ons appartement was zeer ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht en de zonsondergangen waren elke avond weer spectaculair! Dit deel van Kreta is een stuk rustiger dan het noorden...

Zum Abendessen, wenn die tiefstehende Sonne noch unter das Terrassendach scheint, wählten wir den schattigen Platz unter der großen Bougainvillea im umfriedeten Vorhof. "Ksa Sou offeres everything you need and is nicely renovated in the traditional style. Especially the terrace is nice with it’s wonderful view. Sylla is very nice and helpful. Her house is just around the corner and also answers emails very quickly. The house itself is a bit dark inside and the lower bedroom and bathroom has no direct windows. This however was no problem for us as ventilation could be secured and in summer we suppose this will be an advantage! The quiet village is very relaxing...

"Location of the hotel was good and it had a pool which was useful on windy days and unusual for the area. The food at breakfast was very repetitive, however it was nice to have fresh yogurt and honey. At dinner, no soft drinks or water were provided which is the first time we’ve ever encountered this on a half board package.
