"Fantastic location in heart of Matala. Hotel reception very helpful and assisted us with some printing. Breakfast adequate. Room ok handy to have a small balcony, very clean. Bar was a bit lacking - no-one to serve even though the bar staff were sat nearby and did not get up to serve me. When I came back 10 minutes later I got served. However when I tried to take my drink back to my room it was no-go, staff appeared from everywhere telling me I couldn't. So had to put my drink in a paper cup."

"Very clean, bathroom was spotless. A few days before arriving, my flight changed to a later departure, so I knew I wouldn’t arrive until after 10pm. The staff responded to my message promptly and was very kind to leave a key and note for me to get in. No problems driving to the place at night. The room was simple, clean and comfortable except for the bed which was very hard. I went out early to explore and planned to have breakfast when I came back around 9am, but when I returned to the property there was no staff or breakfast to be found."

"Room very clean and spacious, great balcony very good a/c a plentiful buffet breakfast was included. Staff were overall very friendly, lovely pool and garden area with pool bar also a lobby bar too. 500 metres easy flat walk to the cafes and beach of Matala, but far enough away to be chilled and peaceful I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Matala"

"Beautiful property, well located, great amenities, friendly and helpful team. Their attention to detail is impressive and communication was great. We enjoyed the eco friendly and super comfy bedding, and the multiple pillow options available. Highly recommend."

"Room was small but workable. Nice balcony to relax on not much of a view . Shower is very small a thin person would barely fit but the water was hot. Came with a small.fridge freezer and worked great once plugged in. A/C was available but they removed the remote thinking I would not need it so room was stuffy and opening the bacony door helped a bit until the mosquitoes made their way in so that was annoying. Breakfast was very good no complaints. About a 10 minute walk into town so not a big deal and flat. I would suggest checking that the A/C remote is in your room before front desk closes. I would have rated the place higher if not for this. Again simple clean small room but served the purpose. Bed was a bit on the hard side."
