You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. "The hotel lacked any “nice-to-haves” but was functional as a budget option. Had issues a few times with the key not working that were resolved fairly quickly by staff."

"Room was extremely warm and had 0 airflow even when the window was open, WiFi did not work in the room at all, we were third floor which could’ve been the issue. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Location was in a good spot very easy to get to the main parts of Berlin. Nothing to nice about it but the hotel is cheap which is a plus"

Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app."
