"Smartments Berlin Karlshorst is for those who travel on a budget. I travel a lot and prefer to stay in apartment hotels. I think this hotel is one of the best in this category. A minute walk to the public transport, 10-15 minutes ride to the city center. The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful ( special thanks to Ms.Pilar), rooms are cozy and if you need extra supplies, there is a room for that on every floor. Yes, I recommend this hotel, and when again in Berlin will stay at Smartments...

"Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Zur Begüßung, auf dem Zimmer, gab es eine Flasche Mineralwasser. Die Mitarbeitenden sind zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Gerne komme ich wieder. 😀"
