"The cottage was perfect for a short break with our grown up family. Its location allowed easy access to all the attractions of the locality with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby for eating out. The nightlife is lively so bring earplugs if light sleepers. We found the beds very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. All in all no complaints."
"In a great location near to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs. Private, secure car park. Lift so no lugging cases up stairs. Clean, comfy bed, every channel you could want on TV. Walking distance to Old Leigh."
"Communication was lacking with the host due to e-mail issues. I found this part of the process stressful as the reason for the trip was very important personal family reasons.
VRBO were not much help and advised if we arrived and couldnt get access, to call them and they would make alternative arrangements. Hard to see how they would have rehomed 4 adults and a dog at such short notice. Finally got the access code from the host 24 hours before the trip.
Upon arrival everything was as described and a very nice clean flat in really good location for our requirement being Old Leigh.
Would recommend this flat, although if you have mobility issues the step into the living room / kitchen might be a problem. My sister in law who is in a wheelchair could not visit."
