"We really enjoyed the apartment, it was set in a mainly residential street off one of the main roads. there are plenty of facilites (mini- supermarkets and bars/ restaurants nearby) and approx 15 min walk down gentle slopes to the waterfront. A tram stop is approx 5 mins walk away too. The apartment is well furnished, beds are comfortable, plenty of storage space and very clean and tidy generally."

"Quite disappointed with this booking/stay. A huge communication breakdown. Nowhere on the booking did it state the keys & agreement signing for the property had to occur at a different location than the property. Therefore when we arrived we had to make 2 stops to get to apartment location. BmyGuest is a 3rd party so you have to go to a random location for paperwork & key pick up & then proceed to your accommodation. They never reached out to me until the day of the booking… I tried 2 days + 1...
