"Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit....

"Beautiful house right on the beach. The kids loved the pool and the house set up great for a group vacation. Julie and the Hermosa Beach House staff were amazing. Definitely going back. "

"Our family, six adults and three children. From the time we arrived until we tearfully left, it was pure heaven. Property is gorgeous, Debbie, Jairo and crew made all our requests a reality from scheduling tours, airport shuttle and numerous other requests. We spent the majority of time relaxing by the pool. Carols, Gina and Tatianna were the absolute best. A few tears were shed when we left"

"Mariposa Villa was very clean, all systems and appliances were working well, and the property manager attended to our needs very responsively. Our stay was restful and restaurants nearby were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub and wildlife -- capuchin monkeys, iguana, birds, etc. Thank you to the host and staff for a relaxing respite!"

"Although in a beautiful location, this home needs some work. Two of the guests felt so uncomfortable that they left for a hotel! Overall, most of us was ok, but some details such as pics of all the rooms on the listing and status of electronics should have been detailed accurately!"

Quel belle surprise pour nous de découvrir cette endroit, bien localisé, rapport qualité prix exceptionnel, sécuritaire et avec piscine privé pour nous. Une endroit formidable pour le famille ou petit groupe ou même deux personnes. Proche de tout les essentielles. Villa construite en 2023 et ca parait. Je recommande fortement. "If you are a large family this is a great place. Great views from patio close to beaches, town and all the activities you want without a 3hr drive. Natalia was so easy to work with. We used her to book all our activities and she did not disappoint. They all where awesome and worth the money. Highly recommend the Chef service. Can’t say enough! Food was amazing and no cleaning for a fam of 17 worth every dime!"
