"Club del Mar has wonderful staff who are very guest-oriented and helpful. David was the concierge who provided exceptional service to me and my family. Not only was he professional with the adults, but could easily shift his linguistic register and cater to the needs/questions of an 8- and 5-year old girls. My family regreted that we didn't get to bid farewell to him. The hotel itself is perfectly nestled at the end of the Jaco beach with easy access to the ocean. It has great landscaping, phenomenal views from the balcony and easy self parking. We loved our stay there."

"House is just as the pictures show. Plenty of space and attentive support from the management company. The area was a nice staging point for exploring the southern region. As can happen, the power went out one night for a bit, but they had candles already there so we swam in the pool by candlight, which isn't a bad way to spend an evening."

"Fabulous place. Very clean. Staff very courteous and helpful. Only drawback open air dining, while beautiful and clean draws lots of flies and other insects. Fans turned on would have helped. Butterflies and poison dart frogs, iguanas and pretty birds. Loved it. Very worth the price. "

"So many years going to Punta Leona but the service we rreceived this weekend was amazlng from all the staff. It seems thatvthey are working also in property renovations which were definitely needed. Very good experiece, my only downside its the food price, Punta Leona takes advantage of this which unfortunately makes dinning a luxary, specially for national tourits "
