what a view!

A beautiful location with a view that went on and on. The staff were fun and the meals were good. Our only problem was trying to locate the home at night in the rain. We needed a more specific map or directions. The street signs were hard to read at night and it would have been helpful to have directions like - "at the circle take the first exit" Go through two additional street security posts. Also - it was really difficult to find the hotel Concierge to get the wrist bands. More specific directions would have helped.The grandkids loved watching the monkeys!

Best vacation experience

This place did not disappoint. Concierge service was great, the view was outstanding, the house was amazing but Carlos, Gina and Nayeli where awesome. This is some of the most amazing people we have met. They seemed like family. Also amazing cooks. We will be returning to bring our grand kids.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and with the incredible meals you hardly have to leave the house. ~2 min drive to a beautiful beach and about 30 minutes from bigger retail areas like los sueños. Would definitely recommend for any large group.

Super clean house with all the amenities- pool, view, etc. Carlos and Gina were amazing help throughout the stay. We had a large family visiting so it was great to have the extra help keeping everything clean and in order. Would definitely recommend this property to any group looking for relaxing beautiful week in CR

Best vacation ever

The whole process of setting up this vacation to the end of the vacation was the best and the communication was on point. Carlos, Gina and their niece were amazing. The food and the service exceeded all expectation. They were so warm and accommodating not to mention the food. The are the best cooks and make you want to take them home with you ❤️. Pura Vida!!!

Incredible! Beautiful house with plenty of room for the whole family! Gorgeous views and balconies from every room. Pool and hot tub are amazing! The best part was having the personal service from the outstanding house staff! Meals were delicious and they saw to our every need with grace! Loved every minute, especially the visits from troops of monkeys, pods of whales and flocks of macaws. It was awesome in every way!

My daughter found the property and it was exactly as advertised and more. Clean modern and comfortable. You must be comfortable with small narrow streets and hills if you venture out but inside was heavenly. Carlos Gina and Nayeli were fantastic and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend

Perfecto!

Our family of 10, 6 adults, 4 children ages 6-9, loved our stay at Casa Bella Vista. It was a great place to relax, swim, and enjoy wonderful family meals thanks to the wonderful house staff who accommodated are various needs and excellent cooking. And it was a great springboard to Jaca surfing, catamaran to Tortuga Island, Crocodile Safari, and the Punta Leona Beach Club Playa Blanca and other amenities. We were happy to have our own rental vehicles to spontaneously get from one place to another, especially to get to and from the local beach which would have been quite a downhill and uphill hike. Loved it!

Stunning views

Highlight is Gina and Carlos !! They do everything for you at the house while never being noticed . House is well situated to take full advantage of the view. Playa Blanco is down the hill and a great beach .

Amazing stay!

We loved this property and the amazing views. Carlos & Gina took great care of us and were so accommodating with the meal schedules and working with our group. The beach nearby is absolutely beautiful but I wish we had had an option of renting golf carts or ATVs to get down & back instead of having to shuttle people back & forth in the rental car since there is no good place to park a vehicle. We loved every minute of our stay here at the Casa Bella Vista and would rent here again. 😊

I took my whole family and had a blast. Carlo, Gina, and Nyelli were wonderful hosts. We did the meal plan and the food was excellent.We saw Mcaws, Parots, monkeys and all kinds of cool stuff. The private beach was nice as well.I would highly recommend this as a getaway for a family of ten or less, or it would be perfect for 4 couples, or a group of guys fishing. Los Suenos and herradura are 1/2 hour drive.

Amazing!!

This house is amazing! Carlos, Gina and Daniella were awesome also! The food Gina cooked was the best. Everyone that is a part of this rental is a gem. The process is so easy and we cant wait to go again. We left with Carlos, Gina and Daniella as a part of our family, we all cried. If you are going to Costa Rica you must stay at this house!!!

My Bachelor Party

This was my second time staying at this house. After having such a great time the first time around, I wanted to come back. The house is beautiful and the views are some of the best I've seen. Top it off with friendy people and the cooks making meals I'm upset to not be eating right now. I fully recommend this house whether you are going with a group of friends or with family.

Wonderful experience

This is the perfect home in many ways. It's clean, spectacular views, plenty of room, and beyond lovely caretakers in Carlos and Gina. Trust me, you will leave and want to take them home with you. Wonderful people, and the management of the home and coordination of excursions and events through Peter is second to none. You owe it to yourself to bring your friends and family to this location. You won't be sorry. I can't wait to return.

Just Wow!

What a spectacular property and out of this world view. So private and secluded. Carlos and Gina were just lovely and prepared beautiful meals for us every day. Pete and Lisa helped create a j packed itinerary which kept our teenagers super engaged and loving the adventures of Costa Rica. The house is stunning and has sensational views out to the Pacific Ocean. We loved the hot tub with a view and swimming right out of the house. Thank you for an exceptional experience and beautiful home. We could not have wanted more.

Could have stayed longer

Would rent again. The house was almost too nice. Some Of the family members didn’t want to go explore as they were enjoying the pool and ambiance. We stayed at several homes during our CR Visit and this was our favorite. We could have done 10 days here. The only draw back was the beach is not as easy to get to as advertised. However, you can hear the crashing waves and see the water. So you end up in the pool enjoying cold ones. I would recommend having them cook. We did only a few meals due to picky eaters; however we found the meals better then in Jacó.

Married Couples Getaway

This property was more beautiful in person than online. We all enjoyed the entire experience from the property managers (Debbie, Jairo, and Kristal) making sure that we were fully accommodated from the airport up until we boarded the plane to go back home. The group could not have survived without Carlos, Gina and Nayeli preparing all of our delicious meals. They definitely make this property top tier while making all of us feel like family. Jairo and Kristal setup relaxing massages for all 8 of us at the house. We were so relaxed/refreshed afterwards that we did not leave the property that day. We will be back! This property is definitely a 5 star and your team does not need to change a thing. Thanks Again for all of your help!

Love Love Love this vacation property!

This is by far one of the best vacation homes I have stayed at thus far. Everything is just as pictured. The concierge service that comes with the property helped make the excursions flawless and eventful. Carlos and Gina (property caretakers) were the icing on the cake! The food prepared by them was phenomenal. They were so hospitable and you rarely knew they were there except for preparing meals. When we left we even shedded a tear as if we were leaving our grandparents home. We will truly miss them. If you plan to stay here just know the beach is not easily accessible. Also keep your camera ready to take pictures of the beautiful colorful parrots, yellow birds, praying mantis, and the hollowing monkeys.

Wonderful family vacation

Fabulous house. Made better by Carlos and Gina, the live in staff. Vistas of the Pacific, the Gulf of Puntarenas, and across the road, the rainforest. Many private areas to get away by yourself, or areas to congregate. This house has it all. 3 ensuite bathrooms, and adjoining bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms is perfect. Fishing, ziplining, and surfing are only a short drive away. The beach is fabulous, and a fifteen minute walk, or 2 minute drive away. Wildlife is abundant. From the coati's, the scarlet macaws, the anteaters, the local racoons, the iguanas, pelicans, frigate birds and so much more only steps away, or with a view from your deck chair with beer in hand. Cuisine served by Carlos and Gina is first rate. Definitely recommend this to a friend, and hope to return. Perfect pickup service to and from the San Jose Airport.

Vacation to be remembered

Absolutely stunning property. Plenty of room for all 9 of us, really loved that we could open up the many folding doors so we could have the outdoors feel - we even had monkeys visit us on the balonys where we fed them out of our hands! From the poolside we often saw macaw parrots fly by, even a couple toucans, and the view just goes on for miles. Just as good as the house though were our onsite hosts Gina and Carlos who made our stay so welcoming and relaxing. Definitely recommend you opt for the meal package, Gina is a wonderful cook and it was great to have the local Costa Rican cuisine everyday, not to mention not having to worry about planning meals, shopping, cooking and cleaning up - that was what made MY vacation! Carlos is there for whatever you may need at the house, he did not want us to lift a finger! And Debbie was amazing as well, she helped to liason between Carlos & Gina as well as the Punta Leona resort's concierge service to help us plan all our vacation excursions, rental car, airport transportation, etc. It was like having our own travel agent at our disposal, when do you get all that when booking a vacation rental? All of us had an amazing time thanks to the wonderful accommodations and group effort from Troy's team. Would definitely return. Don't hesitate in booking!

Unforgetable .... Costa Rica

First and foremost, Carlos and Gina are the reason why I am leaving a review. We've stayed in many rental vacation properties over the years and have never been compelled to write a review. The property sits high above at the end of the development providing a great sense of privacy. It is very well maintained, spectacular views, with all the amenities to fit your needs. You can expect wildlife to visit throughout the day and will always find birds perched on the huge almond tree by the terrace. A group of 6-8 white faced Capuchin monkeys will visit sometime in the afternoon and the Mapache will come by at night. The real treasure of this destination are Carlos and Gina. We initially were unsure on how this trip would play out since their living quarters were in the same property, but every concern dissipated very quickly once we arrived. They were extremely welcoming, inviting, and caring. They were invisible yet ever so present at the same time. They were engaging without being overwhelming. We shared great conversations. There wasn’t a single meal we didn’t absolutely enjoy. They even provided recipes to take back home with us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience all made possible by Carlos and Gina. Can't wait to return!!
