"There was no one working at the hotel. Doors were locked and you had to have a cold to get in. Neither Expedia or the hotel gave me a cold. I did not stay because I couldn’t get in and had to go to another hotel. I will be filing a claim to be reimbursed, absolutely terrible experience, considering being in a foreign country where I did not speak the language plus I have poor visibility/poor vision. "

"The apartment is great for a family as it is spacious and has access to a pool and playground. It was also very clean and the balcony has a lovely view so perfect for meals. If there are mobility issues, it might take some effort to walk up the hill after a night in the centre of Ericeira but it's only a 15 minute walk otherwise. It would have been good to have a washing machine."

"Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. "

"Etwas abgelegene Ferienwohnung am Rand von Colares. Nicht ganz einfach zu finden, der Vermieter war jedoch nach Anruf gleich zur Stelle. Nach genauerer Kenntnis der Örtlichkeit parkten wir auf einem öffentlichen (kostenlosen) Parkplatz mit direkter Anbindung an die Wohnung. Schnuckelige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, in der alles funktionierte mit einem hübschen (etwas verwilderten) Garten und Platz mit Tisch und Stühlen vor einer Bananenpalme.
