"Since the beginning of my stay I have been calling the management team as well as the financial team to receive receipts for my stay and both entities have been very unhelpful and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside. When the cleaning company came I asked if they can close all windows...

"It was a wonderful location and we had a great trip, especially with such wonderful and responsive hosts. The only issue we had was plumbing/ventilation of the three bedrooms downstairs could have been improved because of all the rain. "

"Room was okay. Property was clean but the entrance smelled a lot like food. It was nice for the kids to have a pool and a basketball and ping pong area they enjoyed. View was in the parking lot so not very nice to enjoy the balcony. Was practical to have a washer. "
