"I wanted to give this property a higher rating. First room I was given smelled of sewer (gas). They reassigned us to another room — next door. It has the same, slightly weaker, smell. They knew about the smell and gave us the room(s) anyway. If it can’t be fixed, stop renting out those rooms! It ruins the whole experience of what should be a nice new-ish place to stay. I certainly won’t stay there again."
