"This house is in a good location, easy access to the freeway, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The house is small and could use some space saving storage or shelving. There isn't anywhere to put your belongings aside from some hangers in an open closet area, which is nice. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to do some light cooking. We didn’t see a washer and dryer although I don't know where it would have been in the unit itself, maybe in...

"On arrival in the evening, the home and courtyard entrance was lit with welcoming landscape lighting providing ease of entrance to the guest studio. The owner greeted us and once inside, we found a beautifully appointed, clean studio perfect for our short visit. The owners thought of every detail - snacks, cold beverages, Keurig coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge located in the kitchenette, smart TV, plenty of toiletries. It felt like home!"

"Location was close to the airport but could easily access any part of the city quickly by car. The street was very quiet and was able to easily park a car on the side of the street. The place can be described as a cute tiny home with private access. We spent a long weekend here and would highly recommend it to others. I would only suggest guests to be mindful of the cute cactus that greets you by the entrance of the door if you are taller than 6’4”."
