BUT… after contacting the host and making them aware they came out the next day to clean the house and the carpets which helped quite a bit. "Brought the dad and sister with us for a spring break getaway to visit friends in Phoenix. House is located in a lovely historic neighborhood. Convenient to downtown and the Encanto Park area. "This is my third time staying here and I love it! I come here for work as I have an office nearby. The units are within a new apartment building. There are restaurants a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s a pool and pool towels are even provided.
