"It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. "

This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep. And no extra linens or pillow or anything. And to make matters worse - VRBO 'customer service' gave no options to help besides messaging the host. We had to find other accommodations and got hardly any refund back for the fact that we could not stay and had...

"The service from the host was great. The short comings are even though it’s 2 bed 2 bath the bed upstairs was uncomfortable and really just a mattress on the floor. Also there were only 1 couch and a desk chair which really isn’t enough for 4 adults. The cups and plates were only 3 so we had to buy cups for coffee. Overall I’m quite satisfied but can’t give 5 stars."

"After supposedly getting the last minute rental agreement to sign. Again never received for docusign. Was given a code to get in the front door. Did not work had to reach out to management standing at the door with luggage to get the second code. I liked the location. Outside self closing door could use some work. Very loud and slambs shut. Inside the unit very clean."

"The location is amazing, walking distance to many restaurants, art museum, Phoenix theatre, etc. Very quiet. Great park just across the street. Comfortable bed, mostly well-stocked. A few quibbles. The wi-fi password provided did not work, so I just used my hot-spot. TV was baffling, I have no idea how to use You Tube TV to get any regular channels, seems all it did was provide a portal to streaming services I don’t have subscriptions to. Most VRBOs I’ve used have Netflix and Prime at least...

"Great place to stay. Maybe could use blackout curtains in bedrooms as the lights from the parking spaces come thru like soft daylight all night. But clean, quiet and central to our needs"

"Checking in and communicating with the manager was easy. It was a great space and the bed was wonderful. Only slightly odd items was the barn door to the bathroom was a little long and made it hard to close well. Cleaning and maintenance could have been slightly better but overall my significant other and I enjoyed the space and location in downtown Phoenix. I would recommend to a friend :)"
