"The Andaz in Scottsdale is simply fab! I was blown away by the architecture and design. It literally felt like a desert escape from suburbin/city life back home. From the moment I arrived, the bellman greeted me with a smile and helped me with my luggage. The area at the front desk was open and inviting. I was offered a welcome drink which was a spiked prickly pear-so good! I had arrived very early before check-in time but the front desk rep upgraded my room to a bigger one and allowed me to check-in instantly! This set the tone for the rest of my stay! I was taken to my room via golf cart which was so convenient because it was very hot out. My bungalow was simple in aesthetic but clean. I even had my own little private courtyard with a bench, table, and cacti where I enjoyed my welcome drink. The spa services, waiters/bartenders at the restaurant, and pool attendants were all equally accomodating and friendly. The food and drink offerings were all delish. I would rate my experience there a 9/10 with the 1 point off only because there were little mechanical noises in my room and the retreat pool (there are 3 pools total) was offered to me at check-in but when I got there, my key didn’t work because apparently your room has to be in the retreat area to get in but that was not stated to me. Overall, I’m officially obsessed with Andaz and would love to visit them all! "

"Simply Wonderful "

"We were only there for a short time. One night. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening but only had enough time for breakfast and then off to the airport. The room and the pool/hottub were all great. Only negative was having to ask several times for the milk to be refilled only to find after going to the kitchen door, that there was no milk available. Our time was short. Had I known earlier I would have used the oat milk or almond milk right away and not waited around. Otherwise everything was great. "

"The staff at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Scottsdale is truly amazing! We stayed for a week waiting to get into our new home, and we couldn't be more pleased. The front desk personnel are super friendly and helpful, especially Nick, the overnight staff member at the front desk. The breakfast options could use some improvements. What they MUST improve is their key system! As I mentioned, we stayed for a week, and we needed to change keys constantly. We kept the keys separate from our cell phones and stored them in the envelopes provided to us. No matter what we did, we had to change our keys because they stopped working constantly. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the area but be aware of the key issues, as I can guarantee you will encounter problems with it."
