Convenient to restaurants and shops in Winter Park; very close to the free Lift bus stops to the ski mountain; and less than a 10 minute ride to the resort itself.The kitchen area is well stocked (though the coffee maker needs to be cleaned - I think there is a clog. A minor issue).The only disappointing factor was the building hot tubs were closed for repairs.Phil, the owner, was great to work with, responsive and accommodating!"
