"The location and property on the beach is amazing!! The only issues we had was ant inside the facility and missing tiles in the pool that create an extremely dangerous surface that injured a couple of our family members. The staff were amazing. The food and service was very good. "

"We had a great experience at this hotel! My favorite dinner spot was the Brazilian steakhouse absolutely amazing. On the other hand, I wasn’t a fan of Frida, the Mexican restaurant, as it didn’t feel authentic at all. We’ve never been comfortable leaving our daughter at a daycare, but the kids club here completely changed that. Fernanda was wonderful so kind and caring with our daughter, who loved spending time there. This gave my husband and me some much-needed alone time. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back!"
