"Salvador, the host for the casitas was very friendly, accommodating, and easily reachable by phone, in case any issues arose. The casitas are right across the street from stairs down to the beach, and a couple blocks from Olas Altas. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Very dissatisfied I lost my 1st night I don't have access this is hostal is not hotel I call 3 diferent numbers and no body responds I have to walk a way and pay another hotel terrible service not coming back and I don't recommend to come here "

"Marcela is a hotel that offers spacious rooms, gorgeous rooms and attentive staff. It has a great location with a relatively short downhill walk to the beach. Good food, spa, and poolside services. Definitely recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. It was very hot during our stay but the airconditioned rooms were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and they were not short staffed like many other places. The pool bar makes the best Pina Colada's in PV in my opinion."

"Absolutely magical. This lush green hideaway on the hill overlooks the entire city and nothing beats the feeling you get when you are taking in the sights. Everything about this place was perfect- staff, rooms, food and property. You will not find better!"

"The customer service was fantastic. The grounds and the views were beautiful. I would recommend this resort to others. We were in PV because our dad was in the ICU at Medassist. This was the perfect location and mental health break we needed. Thank you."

"We loved the Marcela Resort. It was a 2-bedroom / 2-bath unit, and very large - at least by US standards. From the wrap-around deck, it had an amazing view of the pool, down the mountain, and out to the ocean. It had a full kitchen, separate jacuzzi, and in-unit laundry. The price was still very reasonable. The whole property was well-kept and nicely decorated. "We had a great stay at Marcela! The condo was spacious and comfortable, and the pools were amazing. The location was a bit out of town, but it was easy to walk downhill into town and Uber back."

"Absolutely beautiful resort. I can’t say enough good about the kids club. Anel, Regina , Dafne, Fernando and the rest were so amazing at keeping the kids entertained. They went above & beyond. Loved my upgrade to premium. Rooms are large, clean and beds are comfy. The area is so beautiful and view from the room was incredible. Israel was our favourite in the premium lounge. All the staff were wonderful. Mauricio also deserves recognition as he remembered me everyday and always had time for a few questions and ensuring we were enjoying all the amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here. "
