"Our 3rd time staying at this resort and it gets better every time! All staff members are extremely helpful and accommodating. Armando and Hugo are two staff members that went above and beyond. Great location! The marina is right across the street which has many restaurants and shops. Plenty of onsite dining options for those that don't like to venture off. "

"So this is not the spot you want to go to for a raucous time like other properties. This is a very nice and quiet place w amazing service. I did go with the all inclusive and like other places around Puerto with 5 places to eat, this one only has two. Food quality was good, not spectacular, but that is not something I usually expect at all inclusive spots. The room was amazing w a ton of space. A separate sitting area from the sleeping area so great if you have someone that wants to stay up later and watch tv thus not bothering the other. Again staff was attentive and friendly, place was clean and people were always around maintaining. Would make this a place to return! "

"Great staff. Hotel was nice especially the private beach. Didn’t get the room we booked but got upgraded ( at a cost). Food was good. Blaze steak house was not very good. Not sure if we would go back. "

"Very friendly place to live and staff is great great would always love to stay there . 10 by 10 … everything so organize and in a Row … Only one thing with buffet breakfast they make fresh eggs omelet on the site … need to care about separate the cooking for people who does not eat pork or they don’t want to get cooking done on the same pan . … should devide for veggie and Meat separate It’s all great great great 10/10 "

"It was an amazing stay! The staff is always so welcoming and incredibly nice! However, the hotel needs some much needed remodeling in the rooms. The showers water pressure is really slow and needs new heads. The AC panel needs to be changed. Our mini bar would sporadically be filled but not always. Everything else was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to friends and family. "
