"So far one of the best condos we have stayed. Communication with host was a five ⭐ , very prompt to respond. Karen was amazing showing us around and Kevin great hosts. The condo was very clean and cozy. Location very convenient and walking distance to 5th avenue and the beach. "

"Great space for large group - we were 17 guests. Excellent area in a gated community with nice amenities. Daily chef and cleaning services were a huge bonus. The concierge and host communication were top notch and very responsive at all times. Highly recommend and thank you again for a great stay."

"We had a great time with our extended family (10 adults and 1 child. The house was fantastic, and Mariano was incredibly responsive to anything and everything asked. Get Francisco to cook some meals for you. The meals were amazing! Would recommend this house to anyone! "

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious home. There was plenty of room for our family party of nine to spread out and relax. We really enjoyed the pool, especially our 4 year old grandson. It was close to restaurants and gelato shops, and stores, yet it felt like a quiet haven.The cleaning ladies were amazing, and Scott made sure that we had everything we needed. "We had a great time at the Mayan Breeze Villa. We had 14 family members staying, 6 were kids 14 and under and they had a great time in the pool. It was a great pool for our family. The inside was big and spacious, very comfortable. "

"The home provided for all our vacation needs. The pool was just steps from the back door and the grounds were fantastic. You need to access your own TV streaming services. Great to have the filtered water system. Although we are walkers, stores may be somewhat further for some (at least 15-20 minutes at minimum) but taxis were always available.The kitchen was fully equipped and the house had an excellent BBQ. "Villa Eden is an extremely scenic view! Children ages were 8 to 11 years old, thoroughly enjoyed the pool, as did the adults. Everyone snorkeled off of the back, property deck which was wonderful. The two chefs with Sandra’s Kitchen were sheer luxury! Minor maintenance issues were slow shower drainage. The housekeeper, Genny, kept the house immaculate. Overall, we had a fun, family vacation at a beautiful house in Cozumel! "

"The property was amazing! The wildlife was amazing! Pool bar was great Eloy is the man! Moses on the cart is awesome and an asset to this hotel. Samantha in building 21 was extremely helpful with our questions. The buffets were average we all found something we could eat. The steakhouse and the oriental restaurants were excellent. The Mexican restaurant was terrible the food was awful. The best breakfast was at the lagoon buffet get the omelette. Rosita at the lobby bar was a great server and her personality was so great. Check in and check out we’re very simple. Not sure the name of our house keeper in building 21 3rd floor but wow she was amazing. We would absolutely go back if we decide to return to plya del Carmen. "

"Someone took care when furnishing this hotel, and the staff is top notch. If you need something or have a problem, they'll take care of you. The included breakfast is delicious, too. We've stayed at resorts that cost 4x as much, and every experience exceeded it. This was our 3rd stay, and we'll be back! "

"This is my 4th time staying at this Riu Riviera Maya Hotel and it was not a disappointment once again. I highly recommend it. The staff is overly pleasant and the hotel itself is very nice and clean. The night shows are very nice. It's like 20 min walking to downtown Playa del Carmen. I highly recommend it. "
