"The place was clean and had everything we needed except where to hang towels that’s the only thing we couldn’t figure out, thank you!!"

"No laundry on site, not enough amenities had to make appointments to dine"

"Great location and it's new and clean."

"Excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room is very clean and comfortable. Would definetly recommend."

"Location is perfect!"

"Really good location, quiet but near to everything Asakusa. Comfortable, well priced and well appointed rooms. Would definitely stay again."

"I had to send my luggage from Kyoto for them to receive and by the time I checked in, my suitcase was already in my room!! Thank you so much to everyone there for an excellent stay. The room itself had ample space and while you can tell a bit worn out in some parts (e.g. floors) from constant use, was very clean and well thought out in terms of layout. Neighbourhood was also great. Very quiet and I loved exploring all the little coffee shops and pastry stores in Kuramae. If I ever come back...

"Très bien, propre et bien situé"

"Lovely hotel 5 steps away from Sumida river. Very well connected, with metro stations nearby and 15 walk away from Asakusa"

"Great place for our Family of four for exploring the East side of Tokyo. We loved the room layout with sofas and a big table. The Washingmashines on the entrancefloor worked perfectly. Also loved the view of the city. Some room for improvement: The matresses in the bunkbed were very thin and therefore hard. We were on the eight floor but there were still alot of noice from traffic, almost like the windows were wide open. Also, it would be great if the closets had shelves and more hangers. I...

"Hôtel bien situé Chambre un peu petite mais prix abordable Il manquait cruellement de crochets et il y avait une odeur de renfermé en arrivant dans la chambre. Mais nous avons bien dormi- Chambre silencieuse"

"The location is very good - a walking distance to several tourist attractions, excellent cafes and coffee shops. A great advantage is to have a supermarket right across the road from the hotel (1 min walk). The room was nice, very comfy and clean. Good public transport system - easy to get from the airport, and also get around as there is a connection station about 3 mins walk from the hotel. Highly recommend."

"The personnel was really helpful and friendly the place was really clean and tidy. I would comeback for sure."

"This small hotel has 2 unit on each floor in a quiet neighbourhood, steps away from main route. Lobby is very small and the amenities are limited. However, the room size is good and we can open luggages with no problem. Staff was helpful for keeping our luggages in lobby before check-in completed which ended up delivered to our room since we were rushing out for dinner with booking. One thing I was surprised due to we ended up adding 1 more person on top of original booking of 3 pax (room...

"Awesome ambiance"

"Biggest pro of this hotel is the location. There’s a train station next door, and Kuramae is a charming and quiet place. A nice break from the hustle and bustle of main Tokyo City, whilst not being too far from anything (except maybe the Shibuya area, but nothing the train can’t take you to without needing to transfer). It’s also one-way to Haneda Airport, big plus! The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and understanding. The free pastries and coffee are pleasant. But if booking the twin room,...

"Very clean and tidy, mostly unstaffed desk, but was able to communicate if needed. Luggage storage during early check-in/after check-out was handy. Good location next to the supermarket, fairly short walk to the nearest train station, definitely not in the downtown mix if staying just steps away from the action is important. We would definitely come back."
