"The place was clean and had everything we needed except where to hang towels that’s the only thing we couldn’t figure out, thank you!!"

"Beautiful hotel , lovely staff , adequate plus breakfast"

"Extrem sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, super Lage, sehr gerne wieder!"

"Really good location, quiet but near to everything Asakusa. Comfortable, well priced and well appointed rooms. Would definitely stay again."

"Things were nice here! It definitely gets busy but once your in everything runs smoothly."

"Great place for our Family of four for exploring the East side of Tokyo. We loved the room layout with sofas and a big table. The Washingmashines on the entrancefloor worked perfectly. Also loved the view of the city. Some room for improvement: The matresses in the bunkbed were very thin and therefore hard. We were on the eight floor but there were still alot of noice from traffic, almost like the windows were wide open. Also, it would be great if the closets had shelves and more hangers. I...

"Biggest pro of this hotel is the location. There’s a train station next door, and Kuramae is a charming and quiet place. A nice break from the hustle and bustle of main Tokyo City, whilst not being too far from anything (except maybe the Shibuya area, but nothing the train can’t take you to without needing to transfer). It’s also one-way to Haneda Airport, big plus! The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and understanding. The free pastries and coffee are pleasant. But if booking the twin room,...

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to the kodenmachi subway station. The room was clean. There was a stand up shower in the room. Onsen bath at the 11th floor. There was free ice cream and yogurt like drink right outside the onsen bath. I liked that the bathroom/shower and sink were separated and not in one small area. The mattress was relatively firm side. Pillow and towels were flat. Two things that I did not enjoy were (1) the fridge smelled like kimchi (string garlic smell)...

"今後､日本へ遊びに行く機会がありましたら､またこちらの施設に宿泊したいです。浅草橋駅に近くて､成田空港行きの特急電車もありまして､とても便利です。ホテルの周りにもコンビニが多いので、心配ないです。 また､アイロンの借りる時間も無制限だったので、プレッシャー無いです。 スタッフが丁寧で､とても優しいです。"

"This small hotel has 2 unit on each floor in a quiet neighbourhood, steps away from main route. Lobby is very small and the amenities are limited. However, the room size is good and we can open luggages with no problem. Staff was helpful for keeping our luggages in lobby before check-in completed which ended up delivered to our room since we were rushing out for dinner with booking. One thing I was surprised due to we ended up adding 1 more person on top of original booking of 3 pax (room...

"Lovely People lovel Hostel"

"Awesome ambiance"

"Very clean and tidy, mostly unstaffed desk, but was able to communicate if needed. Luggage storage during early check-in/after check-out was handy. Good location next to the supermarket, fairly short walk to the nearest train station, definitely not in the downtown mix if staying just steps away from the action is important. We would definitely come back."
