"check in time was at 3pm and no rooms were ready was told we would have to wait but I was on a time schedule and could not wait. I was not able to check in and put my belongings in the room had to wait till almost 11/12 at night to check in it kind of was upsetting but what other choice did we have."

"we booked a room that was supposed to accommodate three adults and paid the extra $40 on expedia. However, the room had one king bed and the living room area had a sofa that was not a sofa bed. This made for the third person to sleep very poorly. No extra sheets or pillows were readily available and had to be requests. Also we thought breakfast was included since in the Expedia search clicked on breakfast filter. Staff was nice and location was good. The pool and area was very small, not like the pictures show."
