as it is very close to our family when we visit. This time our room was a bit shabby, marks on the carpet and in need of a refurb. never have we had to use a toilet that was so close to the floor in our bathroom. The staff are lovely and make you very welcome. Not happy that you have to now pay £4 per night to leave your car in the hotel car park. "
