We sent photos to the host and they said they’ve passed these to their housekeeping team so hopefully it gets better. Unfortunately even then this will be the kind of accommodation I wouldn’t suggest unless you simply need the basic requirements of four rooms and a parking space: You’ll need someone tall to unbar the latch on the garden gate, the single room’s heater works poorly, the living room is weirdly arranged and uncomfortable. "

"This was the perfect English cottage experience in the beautiful Kent countryside. Our host was wonderful and provided a lovely welcome hamper.
