"This is an older guest house with limited facilities situated in a charming village just minutes from Gatwick Airport. There is no elevator or AC and the rooms are very small. The airport shuttle is convenient—it's not cheap, but neither is taking an Uber, even though the hotel is less than two miles from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no air conditioning or fan, so opening the windows meant some road noise. The hotel restaurant was decent, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. "Old World Charm. The cottage style single rooms were gorgeous. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It was the hottest few days of the year but they remained cool and calm. The food was excellent. Couldn't recommend it enough. Looking forward to being able to go back again."
