"The grounds were beautiful. We were able to check in our room right away. I was a VIP so I received a free bottle of wine. That was ready right at check-in. However, I was a little disappointed that I wasn’t given an option of red or white wine. I’m not a red wine drinker and they only had red wine. So it was a waste. We ate at The View restaurant and the service was a damper. It took about 30 minutes for someone to take our order after I had to speak with someone. They blamed it on a communication error. On the other hand, the food and the views were good. The room was nice and spacious and gave a lot of pillows which I liked. The swimming area was nice and clean. Great location to the boardwalk. Overall me and my family loved it and will be back. "

"It’s was a very nice, clean, cute place! 2 min to walk to the beach! Nice balcony with a big gas grill.. can hear the waves crashing as you sleep! Very pleased!"

"I called at 1pm and they were kind enough to let me check in early. There were some ants in my room after returning from a walk around Los Gatos and maintenance was there within 5 minutes to get rid of them. Great experience!"
