"Nice room with private bathroom, shared full kitchen and balcony view of the mountains. Very close to historic city centre with good restaurants. Owner was friendly and spoke good English- we liked his restaurant recommendations. Close to main road and easy to find. Parking on street in front. Cold cuts, bread, cheese and 2 jams made by owners wife, plus fruit for breakfast."

We quickly overcame a booking misunderstanding, to mutual satisfaction, and Giovanni was most helpful in every way (even checking our tyre pressures to resolve a warning on the car dashboard). It is a bit noisy but that is because of the proximity to popular pedestrian streets. Our only disappointment was that the air conditioning in our room (203) did not work and it was uncomfortably warm. "
