"The customer service and cleanliness really stands out at this resort. Every employee makes eye contact and greets you in the hallways and in their work stations. The restaurant, gift shop, and tavern were all excellent. The activities and hiking in the area were all great as well. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. Excellent value for the money."

"Pool area was entirely to hot, made it hard to breathe. As I am handicapped a walk in ramp would have been easier for me. My shower in my assessable room was nice, but a little slippery. I wore water shoes. One of my daughters in the other room slipped and fell due to the slippery tub. We asked for 4 extra towels and the worker told my daughter we could only have 2 as to many towels had been stolen. It would have been nice to have access to a dryer to dry our wet towels and bathing suits. Staff...

"First time back since honeymooning at the falls nearly 50 years ago. Service was great and accommodations were fairly clear and comfortable. Only negative was the repeated on and off AC whose airflow I could feel on my head. "
