"This is a very cute modern tiny house near the lake. The amenities were very nice and the property is beautiful. It’s not the best view of the lake but you can see the water through the trees along the shore. My only issue is there is no access to the water from this property. You have to plan to drive to a public lake access elsewhere. Before booking I had been told by the property management company that we would have direct easy lake access we could get to by foot, so to find out that wasn’t true really changed our plans for the weekend. We would have planned differently had we not been told there is no lake access from the property. I will also add the fold out sofa mattress is not the most comfortable. "

"We had an absolute fabulous time here! The house is spacious and clean and had a well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook there the whole time. My feedback for future renters: plan on cooking your meals in. There are not a whole lot of restaurants around you. We stopped at Costco in Lexington on the way in a bought food for the whole week. The boat dock is an adventure! I don't think I can express how steep that hill is to get down to it! I happened to have walking sticks that we use for hiking in the car so we used them. It made it so much easier. Also, a pair of tennis shoes are helpful because it is loose rock. My little crocs we wet and not very stable. We traveled with our two older parents so we ended up having them drive over to the closest marina and picking them up in the boat while we refueled. Parking is limited there so you may have to drop them off and have the boat come back and pick you up. Also notable, you are on the quieter side of the lake. the water is warm and clean but if you are trying to get to the spots to jump off the rocks and such, you will have a bit of a boat ride to get to them (about 75-90 minutes). It takes about a tank of gas to get over there and back and gas was about 160 for a tank.Overall, it was a perfect vacation. I would definitely recommend staying here! "

"As advertised, this house was a fantastic summer getaway. In fact, we never left the house! The house had everything we needed, including kayaks. It was very clean and well maintained. We will be back next summer for another adventure. "

"The owners were super nice !! They went out of their way to accommodate us . I just lost my brother was in Ky for his his funeral. There had just purchased and was doing renovating. It’s was coming along very well . It’s only going to get better I can assure this !! The price was great !! We will be back to see our family and definitely stay here .
