No one was at the desk when I got there. I stood there for about 25 minutes. I rung the desk bell and holler hello a couple of times. Call the holet also. I called the hotel main office and told them what was going on. When the guy did show up he was a little rude about it. He said he left a message on the desk and there wasn't a Note. My husband said to cancel the room and we just drove rest of the way home. After driving for 12 hours you don't need to put up with rude people. He said that he would cancel the room and refund our money. They main office said they would refund our money because of having to wait so long for someone to get to the desk.

It said there was breakfast and there was no breakfast. No vending for drinks or snacks. The room was still dirty with streamers and flower petals. Won’t stay here again. Especially for what I paid. Not worth it at all.

There wasn t anyone at reception when we arrived. We waited in the lobby for half an hour until the manager arrived He was helping a guest with an issue away from the front desk but there should have been a number to reach him ,check us in then return to assist the already registered guest. If we did not already have a reservation and we’re not tired we would have left. In addition the bathtub water faucet dripped which did not make for a restful sleep

The room was nice. Staff was rude and criminal. 1st they yelled at me onn check out saying a client said i was smoking and they had security footage of me in the bathroom I told them i never smked in my life. Share the footage. It is against the law for the hotel to allow cameras in the bathroom. Then they said there were dog feces near the air conditioner. Proof they had multiple cameras in the room. As i had a new puppy and i left it in the room. Went to bring in the luggage and dog crate, when i came back I went to get the leash to take the puppy out we were at the door, the puppy walked to the other side of the room by the air-conditioning and went poop. So fast i didnt realize it. I had a puppy pad and went and picked it up. When th were yelling at me about the smoking. The maids went in the room "supposedly" then came back and said there was feces by the air conditioner unit. No there was not, but a very light residue, there is no way you could walk in the room go directly to the pot. Even i had to get on my knees to find it.there was a suspicious man in the room next to me i think they put the cameras up in conjuntion with him. I knew there were cameras when they pointed out the feces that was no longer there and went directly to it. Dont go there! I am reprti g this to their head quarters

The staff and facilities were wonderful. The room amnd building were nice and clean. Sadly my wife and I found the beds extremely uncomfortable and hard. Went to bed near midnight. Woke up at 5 a.m. and left because we weren't sleeping well
