"Fairly worn, no restaurant or breakfast, the shuttle vehicles were also worn but the airport shuttle service was excellent. EWR however picks up and drops off at a point on the air train line so no direct drop off or pick up at your terminal. "

"The lady at the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. I believe she needed help. The room was comfortable, clean and linen also. The restaurant food and service could be a little better. Bread wasn’t fresh for my sandwich. Hot beverages were not hot enough. Thanks "

"Great hotel overall and very nice, but I do wish it had been cleaner. My room and parts of the facility didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. Also, some of the staff weren’t that friendly. For those reasons, I give it 4 stars."

"The staff were awesome! The room was anything but! There was food on the floor behind a trash can, the carpet felt like it had never been cleaned, the bathroom floor looked dirty with hair from upper and lower parts of the body. The shower floor was so dirty that we didn't even take a shower! This was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in! "

"I booked this hotel for my wedding, the lobby is very nice for pictures but the rooms are very basic and small. The staff are very nice but I gave a 3 star because my steamer-was stolen by who ever cleaned the room and I’m very disappointed with that. The parking is too expensive and don’t see why we should be paying for a parking in the first place."
