"As described, this is a cozy little house. Its in a great area near Pacific Spirit Park which you can cross to get to the University of BC. The house feels like it has been newly remodeled and was very clean. It is however, as it described "little". We were in town to visit family so most of our time was away. If you needed to hang out here there is not much room for more than 4 people. Also, if you are a bigger person, beware. The shower is tiny and the beds are small. I am 6' 5" tall...

"Power was out when we arrived so no internet! Could not contact owners as they are not on site! We opened door and it smelled horribly musty! It was midnight so we stayed. Next morning power back on and the place was filthy—really hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived! Per on bathroom floor, dirt everywhere! We could not get ahold of owner, nor could hotels.com (we booked thru them). Got ahold of them finally and they told me they would work on a refund. So far—I got nothing! I don’t mind...
