"The breakfast was average. During our stay housekeeping never cleaned our room or emptied our trash, no service yet they were polite in the hallway when I got new towels. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work the last 3 days. With our limited mobility as my spouse uses a cane, I had to go to the second floor up stairs, which I don’t do well with my health.
