"Great hotel for family. Really good location with restaurants / mini supermarket, bus/ metro right there, etc. Staff at hotel was GREAT!! Now rooftop did seem to get booked up for private events on both our weekend nights there and staff seem to not like a "family" coming up to for meals so we took the que and went elsewhere. Sad as we would have liked to enjoy the views from there while dining (mainly the hostess). "

"Loved the location. The staff were outstanding and extraordinarily helpful. We were close to everything. Breakfast was fantastic and we had dinner one night in the restaurant. The food was great. We spent time by the pool relaxing as well. We were lucky to get chosen as guests of the day which made the overall experience truly unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you. "

"Great location easy to walk everywhere in the Gothic Quarter, easy to checkin and check-out. I would say beware of the AC though. We went when the weather was in the 70s (F) and we opened the windows and got a really pleasant breeze all day. But the AC was not what one gets in the States, it was quite faint even at full power and it is centrally controlled by the front desk staff. So I would hesitate to recommend this location in the hotter summer days. Staff was helpful and kind, and it was nice to get daily room service. "
