"This was the best customer service from any hotel we have stayed in. If you want to be treated like a King or Queen this is your place. The hotel has charm, from the trim and furniture of the lobby to Chandelier in your room. Air condition was great , rainfall shower head was awesome. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed are stay. You will not regret picking this hotel. Only thing I wasn't thrilled with , was both bars. Everyone was friendly but they seemed overwhelmed when they didn't need to be "

"What can we say? This Hotel is beautiful. We booked a terrace suite. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and booking transportation from the cruise port to the hotel and again to the airport was easy and seamless. We would stay here again without question! 😁"
