I loved our stay at The One Barcelona. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and a plush mattress, its centrally located for walking ease to Casa Milo & Casa Batllo, the amenities are great, and the staff is excellent. All of the interiors are very modern and luxe. There were only a few downsides to the hotel: 1. The walls/floors creak quite a bit so its noisier of a stay than I would have liked; 2. The pillows are terrible - they go flat in 2 seconds and you have to roll them like a sushi to get any support; and 3. The scale in our room did not work and the body wash was empty when we arrived. Staff remedied this quickly but it was disappointing. There was also some trash on the floor from the last guest.

This is an exceptional place to stay in Barcelona! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and walkable, conveniently located near many of the city's major sights as well as wonderful bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The room was really spacious, clean, and comfortable -- a wonderful place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing in the heat (they also have an outstanding roof deck for dessert and evening drinks). But most important, the hotel staff is amazing! Every person we interacted with was kind and welcoming and incredibly helpful (e.g. gave great tips on where to eat and helped arrange transportation when we were leaving). Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

The location is amazing. Walking distance from many of the top tourist attractions - and right down the street from the jewel of Barcelona the Sagrada Familia. The lobby is very elegant and a beautiful place to meet. The rooms and dipping pool are small but luxurious. But the best were the blow-your-mind amazing views from the rooftop pool. You can float in the pool while seeing the top of the Sagrada Familia to your left and Gaudi's Casa Batilo to your right. I suggest to go up there at night as it becomes quite a hotspot to have a cocktail, especially for the under 30 crowd. Expensive for the room size but in my opinion, worth the splurge. I would stay there again.

I came to Barcelona for a couple nights after a cruise and stayed at The One Barcelona. Great location (close to many great sites and not too far from the airport), great staff, great roof top pool, and great rooms. Was very satisfied with this hotel and the staff. Will definitely come back next time I'm traveling to Barcelona.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, and the restaurant on the 9th floor was excellent. The food, service, and overall experience were wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel. PS: My friend accidentally left some jewelry behind and contacted the front desk after we had already checked out. The staff immediately conducted a thorough search, followed up with us about an hour later, and let us know they had not yet located the items but were continuing to look and had notified the housekeeping manager. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond were truly appreciated. Even though the jewelry had not been found at that point, their level of care and communication spoke volumes about their commitment to guest service. Thank you to the team for their efforts. ✨

Loved everything about this hotel! It was clean, modern, and in the perfect location. The rooftop was lovely! Breakfast was great! All the staff were very friendly. They also gave us a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift in our room, which I regret leaving behind since we don’t drink red wine. White wine would have been nice, haha! 😊 Anyway, thank you, The One! It’s the thought that counts. We’ll definitely be back. We absolutely loved Barcelona! ❤️

Very much enjoyed our stay. 4 star rating, there was a couple of disappointments. No bellman upon arrival so we had to struggle with our luggage. We couldn’t get into our room until 6 pm so we had a round or two of drinks in the rooftop restaurant. Hotel comp us one round which was appreciated. Rooms are beautiful. Hot water availability for showers was hit and miss. Beds very firm . Coffee in rooms is mediocre at best, however coffee in the Somni restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Roof top restaurant had excellent food and service . Concierge Richard and Isaac were excellent and helped with tour and restaurant reservations.

The concierges and reception were exceptional with guidance, and warmly delivered recommendations for restaurants. Rooms are beautifully designed and very well maintained. Location in the Exaimple district was prime. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

The one Barcelona is beautiful, very convenient location. Luxury service from my arrival to my departure. All the amazing staff members anticipated my needs with everything. Loved the room I had, that I didn’t want to leave it. Beautiful bathroom. The bed was like sleeping in the air or flouting in the Mediterranean sea, Super comfortable.
