"I had an incident my first night I stayed at the hotel. The sliding door in the room fell on me while I tried to close it. The bed is very soft making it uncomfortable for me with back problems, there was hair in the shower and the toilet paper was not replaced from the last guest. The staff were helpful and polite though. "
