"We live about 20 minutes away, this was our second year in a row of staying. Friday night it was a couple friends and a night out watching tourney games and enjoying Waxhaw, night two was a date night with the wife. We love Waxhaw it is really nice to be able to walk everywhere and enjoy the town. The house is clean, quiet, and within walking distance to all the town has to offer. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a nice weekend away. "

"The owner never sent us check in information and we called him over 30x. We were there for a concert on Saturday night but there were 160,000 people in town for concerts. VRBO offered to pay for ONE room for ONE night and we had 6 people. The VRBO lady wouldn’t even help me find more than one room because she said it was not her problem. I hope this guy loses his rental privileges. My weekend ended up costing me $2500 more than I’d planned but we were 6 hours from home with little choice"

"It is a cute property. Nice location. The reason for a slightly lower grade is that there were no starter items like soap in the bathroom, coffee and tea makings and some of the kitchen drawers were full of junky stuff. I would stay there again."
