"Best Hotel Experience Ever! From the moment my family and I arrived, this hotel gave us a truly unforgettable and pleasant experience. We checked in late at night, but the hospitality was immediate and exceptional. As soon as we stepped out of the car, the staff welcomed us like royalty—helping with our luggage and even offering refreshing drinks and fruit while we waited. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully prepared. One of the most touching gestures was finding one of our names spelled out in flowers on the bed—such a thoughtful and personalized touch that made us feel truly special. What truly made our stay remarkable was the incredible staff. A massive thank you to Phat, Sophie, Leap, Nana, Sombo, Vaesa, Mey, Cici, Sunflower, Thea, Ra, and Rathamba—each of you went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. One thing that really stood out was how the whole staff made sure to know us by our first names and addressed us that way throughout our stay. This simple yet heartfelt gesture made everything feel much more intimate and personal. We can't recommend this hotel enough. It was more than just a place to stay—it felt like home. "Really great two night stay here while visiting Angkor Wat. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool, massage spa, and breakfast. The family suite was perfect for our family of three. The hotel is situated a short tuk tuk ride ($2 each way) from Old Town and the night market; we enjoyed a quieter stay in this area and found plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby (Made in Cambodia market was an easy walk and very pleasant trip). The hotel staff also offered takeaway breakfast for us on a day with an early trip planned! Top tier service—highly recommend!"

"We stayed in a Family Connecting room which was perfect! Rooms were spacious, beautifully fitted and very comfortable. Both pools were fantastic with great lounges & cushions. Easy walk to Pub Street and many great cafes. Would highly recommend. We loved the resident cat too. "

"Perfect location and very flexible front desk and tour desk combination! The hotel is extremely convenient in going out for dinner, drinking, shopping, taking tour, and also for airport access. The breakfast is valuable in choice, and there is bathtub in the room which is really nice to relieve the fatigue from visiting ruins. Really very nice hotel with this price, and I will recommend this hotel to my friends!"
