All the staff were great but I would like to point out one young gentleman who, despite being profoundly deaf, was always helpful and professional. I’m not being patronising (I hope) but his disability was not obvious but some guests should realise that he used hand signals very effectively and raising your voice in English or Spanish is not...

"2 negatives: worst Wi-Fi i have had in my 2 month journey through 4 countries. Tons of TV channels but could only hear about 5 of them on full volume. Passive Positives: great staff, AC is too good, refreshing pool, great location to start tours, good options for breakfast, and walking distance to pub street, the river, and national university. Probably would not stay again, the poor internet is a deal breaker. "
