The location of the hotel is very good. It takes for 10 min walk to Pub street, in addition, there are many good restaurants near the hotel. Moreover, the service is also good. For example, there is a straw hat on each pool bed.

Great Hotel for your holiday

Had a great few days here and couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Room was spacious and well equipped. Good choice for breakfast all cooked to order and a great bar with happy hour. Good location and safe to walk around

It was the best Hotel I stayed at during this trip. If I’m asked to give some advice to the hotel, a hair dryer might be change cuz it falls off really easily.

Amazing!

Hotel aviary was amazing - lovely sized rooms, good location and wonderful service. I will definitely be rebooking for next time I am in Siem Reap. Simply can’t fault this hotel.

Fantastic location with a luxury vibe done with local style. Very convenient location, only a short walk to all the action of the 'old market' and 'pub street'. Super friendly staff who are very hospital and helpful. We booked a twin-room for our family with two teenage kids and the rooms are very spacious. Highly recommended.

This was a refreshing oasis in the city. The hotel was filled with plants and trees, thoughtfully and beautifully designed. The staff members were attentive and pleasant. Wonderful place to stay. I would return to this hotel on my next visit.

Fantastic value for money

A fabulous hotel and great value for money. The staff are wonderful, good humoured and very helpful. The room was huge with everything I needed and more. Two pools are a bonus and the food is good if you don't have energy to walk in the heat to a restaurant (although I only ate there once, preferring to explore Siem Reap)

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in was easy and we were made aware of all of the hotel facilities. The room was large, clean and had excellent air conditioning. Plenty of options for breakfast including eggs and other items cooked freshly to order. The pool area was clean and drinks in the bar were reasonably priced - happy hour made this even better! Recommended

This is a fantastic property in a great location in Siem Reap. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the food selections were great. I would definitely stay here again! Two downsides: there is a beautiful window well in the room, but the light stays on all night, and need better blackout shades. The massage wasn't great, and they stained my shorts with the oil.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to add that little extra wow to the experience. There were certain elements of the soft product which took the stay from good to exceptional. For example they provided a coffee plunger and coffee grounds in the room for a fresh coffee. They provided sun hats by the roof top pool. They offered a turn down service. The hotel itself is brand new and the beds are extremely comfy. There’s two pools to choose from and multiple dining options. It is right in the centre of town just a few minutes from places to eat and explore. The breakfast is more ‘made to order’ than buffet style. It could be improved but was not at all bad. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend everyone else to stay.

We’ve stayed several times in Siem Reap but this was our first occasion so close to Pub Street and on the same side of the river. Hence it was noisier than we’re used to, and it was initially a bit of a shock but the hotel itself is far enough away from the worst of the noise. The only criticism is that there is a high school behind the hotel and this seemed to be permanently noisy, but not really an issue. Just be aware it might wake you in the mornings if you sleep in. Maybe it depends on where your room is located. The upper pool was gorgeous and we often had it to ourselves. Breakfast was pretty good. We mainly gorged on the fruit and the mango in particular was sweet and plentiful. The noodle soup was not bad and they do an excellent poached egg. They got a new coffee machine while we were there and it was good too. All staff were friendly and helpful, we couldn’t fault them at all. There was only luke warm water in the shower on the first day and one sink wasn’t draining well. It was all fixed that day so no complaints there at all. Would we stay here again? Not sure as I do still prefer the peace on the opposite side of the river but we would consider it seriously. We had a sombok deluxe room and the only irritating point was the separate toilet which wasn’t near the bathroom so had to wander through the bedroom to wash hands afterwards. I’d have preferred the loo in the bathroom personally. Shower pressure was excellent though!

AMAZING HOTEL IN MIDDLE OF TOWN

AMAZING! Firstly, we live in Siem Reap, have done for a LONG time, so we are familiar with a lot of accommodation here. Secondly, we have stayed at this hotel before, for a Birthday staycation (as we did again just now). This, in my humble opinion, is one of the best hotels in town, for price / value and the sheer location of being in the middle of town. And yet there is no real noise pollution, it's set back from the busy road enough to create a calm oasis. The design is unique and has real charm. The build is fantastic, and the finishings in the rooms are all to a high standard. The rooms themselves are BIG, all with balconies overlooking tropical gardens. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The food is good and the Flock Cafe on the ground floor is great, as is the Glide Rooftop Bar. And of course the Japanese restaurant attached - all amazing. There are two swimming pools, one downstairs in a courtyard, and on the roof near the Glide Bar. F & B is served at both. Couldn't recommend more...
