We checked in late at night, but the hospitality was immediate and exceptional. As soon as we stepped out of the car, the staff welcomed us like royalty—helping with our luggage and even offering refreshing drinks and fruit while we waited. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully prepared. One of the most touching gestures was finding one of our names spelled out in flowers on the bed—such a thoughtful and personalized touch that made us feel truly special. What truly made our stay remarkable was the incredible staff. A massive thank you to Phat, Sophie, Leap, Nana, Sombo, Vaesa, Mey, Cici, Sunflower, Thea, Ra, and Rathamba—each of you went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. One thing that really stood out was how the whole staff made sure to know us by our first names and addressed us that way throughout our stay. This simple yet heartfelt gesture made everything feel much more intimate and personal. We can't recommend this hotel enough. It was more than just a place to stay—it felt like home.
