The staff were absolutely amazing. They were able to arrange anything we wanted. So nice and so helpful. From the cleaners to the manager, everyone was great. And our driver took such great care of us.

- The Manager seemed more interested in shaking hands than actually resolving customer issues. - On two occasions, when I asked for ice in my room the front desk went out of their way to tell the attendant to only bring me a glass rather than a bucket. This was not a mistake, this was intentional provocation. - The service in the breakfast was excellent. - The front desk staff aside from the ice incidents were excellent. - The room only really had one funtional outlet

As a party of four mature travellers we had a fabulous experience with friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to help us explore Siem Reap as well as making us comfortable in the Hotel. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Pool, gardens and other facilities well maintained, clean and comfortable. We’d highly recommend a stay at Prince Angkor Siem Reap.

Great location, pool and service

Great option if you visit Siem Reap and want to go to Angkor Wat but stay close to restaurants and shopping area. The pool and garden make a quiet stay, but a short walk or tuktuk ride to commercial area.

Fabulous hotel

It is my 3rd time in this hotel. Always lovely. Awesome clean pool. Wide variety of breakfast food and excellent food around the pool for lunch. The staff are very helpful and kind. Great location. Love this place.

Very attractive property. Staff were friendly and made us up a breakfast box for our 5am tour starts which was super helpful. The pool area is really nice and it was great to have a relaxing swim after a big day of climbing temples. Convenient location close to town. Nice and quiet.
