"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down ..."

Perfect. Accomodation, food and service were top notch. It is in a good location and felt comfortable walking around. They remembered you, welcomed you home after being out, brought you towels to wash when it was hot out .... a person doesn't receive
